Once we consider those things, among others, we then prepare a fair price that works best for the both of us.

Q: Do I have to pay any fees or commissions to work with you?

Absolutely not. This is the beauty of our process and what makes us stand out from traditional buyers. When you sell your home to us, there’s no fees or commissions. We’ll make you an offer and you decide whether to accept it — that’s it. There’s typically NO closing costs either. We take all the risk and burden off you while you walk away with cash in-hand. A pretty sweet deal, right?

Q: What makes you different from a real estate agent?

A: A real estate agent contracts with you to sell your home. They list it, sell it, and prepare everything for closing. They also take between 3-6% of the sale price of your house. If you can stand to wait for upwards of a year to sell your home, real estate agents are great; however, if you need to sell fast, we’re what you need. We buy your home and can close the following week.

Q: If I submit my info, is there any obligation?

A: Of course not. When you tell us about your property and we take a look and set up a call to discuss it, the ball’s in your court. It’s 100 percent your decision — as it should be. We won’t pressure you or harrass you. You know what’s right for you and we respect that.
