It was fast. Eddie came by to look at the house and I had a cash offer in about 6 days. Few days later an open house then sold the house and closed at the end of the same month.

I met Eddie Dilorenzo with NH Home Buyers LLC back in February of 2025,, I had saw an ad on Facebook about how they were helping a couple in Bedford nh with a BIG ISSUE with their home,, apparently they were being foreclosed on for some reason or another,, although my issue wasn't exactly the same,, it would have ended in the same result,, he contacted me right away after inquiring on the FB page,, we met the next day,, told him how I saw how they were helping this other couple and I needed help ASAP. He juggled a few ideas at me, knowing that I didn't want my home sold or for us to move,, after a few ideas were eliminated we agreed to accept $ to pay off a debtor,, putting and leaving the home back in my possession,, it seemed like forever the process but it wasn't,, we were able to pay back the debt to NH Home Buyers and are forever grateful for his help,, always assuring me that it'll all work out, and it did, a great man with an awesome future in this business with his partner Jeremy Beland and everyone behind the scenes Sweeny & Sweeny atty.
