I've known Jeremy and Shelly for about four years now and was recently reconnected with them through a mutual colleague. As a Realtor, I finally had a situation where I knew they were the perfect fit. A seller reached out to me for help with a very challenging property, a 1700s home that had suffered extensive fire damage. The home was essentially a total loss and couldn't qualify for traditional financing. That’s where Jeremy and Shelly stepped in. We toured the property together with their contractor, and they immediately saw the potential. They moved forward with thoughtful communication and respect, even meeting with the sellers directly. One of the biggest stressors for the sellers (who just had a newborn) was dealing with all the belongings left behind. Jeremy calmly assured them they could leave whatever they didn’t want, and he and his team would handle everything. That alone lifted a massive burden. In the end, they came to a price that the sellers felt genuinely good about, something they could use toward their next chapter, and we got it closed in just a few short weeks. Jeremy and Shelly are enthusiastic, caring, and incredibly solution-oriented. I’m consistently impressed by how often they communicate, how creative they are in structuring deals, and how they find ways to make tough situations work for everyone involved. If you're a fellow Realtor trying to support a seller with a property in disrepair, hoarding situations, fire damage, foreclosure, etc....do yourself (and your clients) a favor and at least have a conversation with NH Home Buyers. Eddie and Jeremy have been so amazing! I unfortunately had a major stroke and due to this I couldn’t utilize my home that I had inherited from my parents that they built and I grew up in myself. I wanted to just sell it fast and be done and they gave me an offer and I felt it was reasonable. I’ll be honest I’m not the easiest person and can be a bit stubborn and had a hard time letting this place go. I made a deal to sell the house back in January to close in late March. For the most part it all went smooth. Justin was very helpful and understanding. The only thing was the shortage of apartments available at the time that were in my price range which made things stressful and we had to be out by closing. It was a close call but we managed to get it done. They helped with getting me a mover, helped with first and last months on the new apartment and even let my tenant at the time stay and keep her apartment. Overall, I would recommend them specially Justin.

Eddie and his team were amazing. We had to sell a SERIOUSLY distressed property and never once did they judge the conditions or make us feel bad or embarrassed. We liked Eddie from the first time we met but needed to continue to talk with more potential buyers, developers. Some were brutal and dishonest trying to drive down the price. Others we just didnt get good vibes from. After we were convinced by a realtor we would do our best by allowing her to list as a developers special and entering an agreement with a buyer through her that left us held hostage and unable to accept other offers. Her buyer backed out last second. Eddie kept in contact through out seeing how everything was going.i think it was 4 months after my first meeting with Eddie, I reached out and told him my absolute bottom line number and asked if he was still interested. Luckily he was, i think it was just over a week and he had 2 days by appt open house.(we didnt want nosy neighbors and just anyone coming thru) Eddie had us a buyer. The first offer I wouldnt take and Eddie got it up over my absolute bottom line number. Eddie is part of a great team of people. They are all respectful and honest. They dont make promises they cannot keep and never, not once was Eddie unreachable when I needed him. I highly recommend N.H. home buyers, they might not be the largest company to chose from but you will ALWAYS feel supported through the process. Also like to say the same about Ace title company, Kathleen and her team went above and beyond to get us over the finish line. 100% satisfied
